Fox Hands :: Peoplenoswan

Nada Alic

I got some really good feedback from my recent post about a band called Seamonster, that I waned to share a sideproject of theirs called Fox Hands.

It’s along the same vein at Seamonster, but even more experimental, very much the same Jeff Magnum-esque quality of gritty guitars and vocals, but with even more intricate layers and echoes that make it a little more dark and creepy than the Seamonster stuff. Tracks like Nosebleed are meditative, with cyclical rhythms, bird chirping and haunting vocals, you may find yourself in a much-needed trancelike state. Tracks like Branches and Peoplenoswan are a bit more tropical, reminding me more of Menomena or Animal Collective. You can grab everything on his bandcamp HERE.
