Of course, of course I’m posting this one. Somewhere my friend Brandon is rolling his eyes because Grizzly Bear is quintessentially hip, somewhere in the Dirty Projectors category. Like they’re almost mainstream, and they’re likely floating around Starbucks. I just really love this video- aesthetically, it is mind blowing. Artist Allison Schulnik created this rainbow-clay dream for ‘Ready, Able’ that makes me want to smush clay into strange shapes all day. I cant even begin to imagine how time consuming it was to create this clay world of creatures and spaceships and rivers and frightening little monster men. How imaginative. Let your eyes take it all in with great pleasure as a soft reminder to your brain to start CREATING something. Anything.
