I’m always rooting for the weird kids- Atlas Sound, Netherfriends, and most recently Fluffy Lumbers. This fuzzy Jersey lo fi band sounds like twelve year old boys at a talent show. But I love it! His debut Weird Hug- 7″ is followed up with a second release including Police Cruisers, Harry Dolland’s and Police Cruisers Pt. 2. 

It’s along the same vein of distorted sufer punk, with that fifties sound when everything sounds safe and acceptable listening material for the young kids. Harry Dolland’s is almost entirely indecipherable, so you’ll just have to enjoy the noises and muffled rhythm. Cruisers Pt. 2 is about the same, but a little faster on it’s feet, a little more aggressive, played at later hours in the nights ending with a perfect, ‘get out get out get out get out’.
